Provide technical support during the partner engagement in the sales cycle, as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to drive technical success. Provide guidance and support to ensure partner solutions meet quality and compliance standards. Advocate for partner needs internally, helping shape enablement strategies and technical resources. Advanced technical expertise in Windchill. Comfortable working with incomplete or evolving information. Confident in presenting to both partners and senior leadership. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Fluent in English. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in consulting, implementing, deploying, or supporting PLM systems or other enterprise applications. Willingness to travel overnight (up to 15%). Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Experience in software development, build, and deployment (e.g., Java, JSP, XML, Ant). Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM.
