Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 08The Team: The CIQ Pro Screening and Office teams support products allowing advanced functionality around data analytics and retrieval. This includes products within the CIQ Pro web platform as well as related Office add-ins. This team is comprised of experienced developers who are responsible for delivering foundational pieces that impact these major areas of the platform.The Impact: This team plays a crucial role in providing industry-leading analytic and data access technologies to our products. By building intelligent, stable, and performant systems, the team ensures our clients can access quality data in an easy and interactive way.What's in it for you:

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI/UX components using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience.
  • Monitor and improve application performance using modern debugging and profiling tools.
  • Collaborate with AI and back-end teams to integrate intelligent features seamlessly into the front-end.
  • Build and maintain pipelines that deploy various build artifacts into different environments.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and quality of solutions through thorough testing and best practices.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understand and consider customer environments and their use of our products.
  • Apply software engineering practices and implement automation across all elements of solution delivery.
What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in front-end/UI/UX development.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS frameworks.
  • Experience in developing scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in integrating AI and machine learning-driven features into user-facing applications.
  • Ability to debug and optimize front-end applications efficiently.
  • Understanding of Information Security and best practices for UI/UX development.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with containerization and deployment workflows using containerization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work on agile teams and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
  • Understanding of design systems and component-based architecture.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright, Jest, or Cypress.
