Analyzing business processes and practices to drive focus on the design and implementation of solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives.Skills Required:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Great Communication skills – Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to clients as well as to the team.
Excellent writing or documentation skills – Prepare project documentations, Document system scenarios to identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plans
Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science.
Data visualization and data analysis experience preferred.
Familiarity with programming languages – Having both a conceptual and working understanding of tools and programming languages (not required but preferred)
Theoretical as well as Practical knowledge in preparing Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Scope Requirement Document, Business Requirement Document.Job Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:Create requirements and specifications for business solutions.
Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the specifications to develop a solution that meets business requirements.
Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs.
Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot user issues and educate them on tool functionalities.
Should be able to deliver assigned tasks with required quality standards within the defined timeline.
Expand product usage by providing support to onboard more users.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
