Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Key Roles and responsibilities: Responsible to drive the entire India EPC HPS Sales, deliver AOP sales target, pre-sales activity and value selling to the customers. The EPC Leaderwill lead the entire EPC portfolio to deliver a 2024 Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of approximately 25-30M of orders. The person shall collaborate with the regional sales team to engage with the EPC Organizations in India. Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Honeywell Process Solutions Organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers Key Responsibilities . Drive orders growth in HPS for EPCs . Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. . Define and execute EPC market strategyto achieve AOP. . Develop, Coach, and Retain talentedsalesteam to deliver AOP.Provideperformance managementif required. . Provide accurate weekly forecast for orders withinSalesforce.com platform. Includes overall orders forecast along with forecast for Install and Service lines of business with software selling. . Consistently meet the orders forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. . Coach and mentorsalespersonnel in establishing professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision makers. . Create a robust pipeline of major pursuits within the EPC portfolio in India and track withinSalesforce.com. . Coach/mentor team to create robust pursuit plans for each pursuit. . Define key accounts within EPCs.Coach/mentor team to create robust account plans for these customers. . Assess team'ssalesactivities and forecasts to determinesalesprogress and required improvements . Recommend and implement improvements to achievesalesgoals . Understanding & experience in O&G, Chemicals, R&P, Pulp & Paper, Power, Terminals, Fertilizers, Pharma, MMM for Industrial Automation. MUST HAVE . 15+ year of experience in outside sales with 10+ Years of Experience Handling EPC Business in similar industry. Deep Connect and relationships with large EPC organizations is must. . Ability to travel at least 50% of the time WE VALUE . Strong knowledge of Automation Sales . Ability to coach and mentor team to have a winningsales strategyfor their accounts and opportunities . Strong knowledge ofIndustrial Automation Systems (DCS/PLC/Scada/Turnkey Automation and Software) . Strong skills withSalesforce.com platform . Strong understanding ofdirect salesof integrated solutions . Outcome basedselling skills . Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Annual Operating Plan . Coaching/mentoring skills forsalesprofessions . Strong leadership skills . Strong communication skills . C-Levelselling skills . Excellent communicationand collaboration skills are required
