We are looking for an experienced ETL Informatica Production Support to join our team The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Able to work in production support environment (L2/L3 level support). Knowledge about the Incident, Problem and Change management. Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting. Experience in Database like ETL Informatica Oracle, SQL server etc. Troubleshoot/debug the issues and handle minor enhancement in unix. Must be aware about Service Now, Dynatrace, Job Scheduling tool like CA7. Good communication skills to interact with business users.
