We are driven by user experience, performance, stable operations, and a high degree of Information Security and Compliance.As a AI Integration Developer in Customer Experience you will be at the forefront of building and scaling our cutting-edge cloud-native AI platform. You will be a hands-on developer in a dynamic team, responsible for writing the code that powers a robust and scalable platform, enabling advanced AI capabilities integrating CRM applications across Deutsche Boerse Group. This is a developer-focused role that requires deep expertise in microservice architecture, containerization, orchestration, and building AI/ML platforms on GCP.Your Responsibilities:
- Build full applications and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware components, and integration layers.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices in Node.js to support diverse AI/ML workloads.
- Develop Google Agents using the Google Agent Developer Kit (ADK), including custom tools, functions, memory, and reasoning workflows.
- Implement agent orchestration within Googles Agent Framework, enabling multiagent collaboration, workflow chaining, and hierarchical agent models.
- Integrate enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP Cloud) with Google agents and LLM-powered services.
- Build middleware services that connect SaaS data into AI pipelines and agent workflows.
- Use REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, Platform Events, and OAuth 2.0 to enable real-time or batch integrations.
- Extend SaaS platform functionality using custom logic and automations.
- Implement and work with a range of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, serverless computing, and message queues.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code to implement new features and enhancements for the GenAI platform.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation for the code, APIs, and system architecture.
- Minimum bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent building and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript and good to have knowledge on Python.
- Proven experience building and consuming APIs and designing microservice-based systems.
- Understanding of agent architectures, tool/function calling, structured planning, and multi-agent orchestrations.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools is a strong plus.
