- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.
- Salary band for this role is available upon request.
- Master’s degree in Museology, Art History, Heritage Management, or Archives.
- Proficient in Collection Management Systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and Excel-based reporting.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with strong interpersonal diplomacy.
- 5–8 years in museum/collection management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing exhibitions, collections, and institutional programmes, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or decision-making role.
- Extensive experience in curatorial practice, collection development, and stakeholder management within arts and cultural institutions.
- Strong leadership experience in driving museum operations, including team management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask under deadlines, and willingness to work flexible hours during peak cycles.
- Creative individual with drive, sincerity and ability to work efficiently and accurately according to instruction.
- Ability to collaborate and work with a team to achieve common goals.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with good observation skills.
- Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Conscientious attitude with the ability to handle precious objects with care.
