is hiring for a private fine art institution for a Museum Manager in Delhi. The ideal candidate will also act as a Senior Curator and will oversee the strategic, administrative, and curatorial operations of the Academy.This role serves as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and the museum’s daily functions, ensuring institutional integrity through rigorous documentation, team leadership, and heritage management.Please note:
  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Museology, Art History, Heritage Management, or Archives.
  • Proficient in Collection Management Systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English with strong interpersonal diplomacy.
Essential Experience:
  • 5–8 years in museum/collection management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing exhibitions, collections, and institutional programmes, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or decision-making role.
  • Extensive experience in curatorial practice, collection development, and stakeholder management within arts and cultural institutions.
  • Strong leadership experience in driving museum operations, including team management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
