Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions such as data centre upgrades, network deployments, cloud migrations, and hardware rollouts.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network installations, and cloud transitions
Coordinate with internal teams (network, systems, security, support) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools
Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, change requests, and status reports
Support procurement and logistics for hardware and software components
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating to senior management as needed
Participate in infrastructure audits, compliance checks, and change management processes
Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
Ensure adherence to ITIL and other relevant frameworks or standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5 - 7 years of experience in IT project coordination or infrastructure support
Familiarity with infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms)
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Proficiency in tools like Asana, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar
ITIL Foundation or PMP/CAPM certification (preferred)
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure domain
