- Manage inventory and stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage stage wise process audit
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Analyze sales and profitability, and make recommendations for improvements
- Train and develop staff in food and beverage operations
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop menus and pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the food and beverage areas
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
