- Coordinate with Certification body for Certification / Surveillance Audit.
- Conduct Internal Quality audit as per define timeline.
- Document and Data control by periodic review of SOPs, Formats.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure effective action plan taken against Customer complaint.
- Conduct Supplier audit, Monitoring of effectiveness of action plan.
- Analysis of Data (SPC, Process Capabilities, Quality Tools)
- Execute Awareness training on QMS, 7 QC Tools, Problem Solving Techniques etc.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits, Audit Compliance
- Authorized for Batch release, BMR approval.
- Authorized for approval of CAPA, Change control, Deviation.
- Authorized for approval of COA, COC.
- Review of Calibration and validation certificate.
- Coordinate with EHS for best health, hygiene and safety practices.
- Any other work assigned by HOD as per company requirement.
- Should have experience in Medical Device
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
