Job Description :Role OverviewThe Upwork Bidder (Mid-Level Executive) will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and winning projects on Upwork. The role requires strong proposal writing skills, client communication, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch, identify, and bid for relevant projects on Upwork.Write customized, client-focused proposals and cover letters.Communicate with prospects, understand requirements, and position our services effectively.Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate estimations and timelines.Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms with clients.Maintain and enhance the company’s Upwork profile and success rate.Track bid performance, conversion ratios, and prepare weekly reports.Requirements2–4 years of proven experience in Upwork bidding for IT projects.Strong understanding of Zoho (CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, ERP), SuiteCRM, web development, and custom software services.Excellent written English and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to win mid- to large-scale projects on Upwork.Familiarity with international clients (North America, Middle East, Europe, Africa).Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
