The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include lead generation through telemarketing, consulting clients on mortgage products, providing excellent customer service, and supporting customers throughout the loan process. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Experience in customer support, customer service, or a related field Demonstrated ability in lead generation and sales Consulting experience Strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with mortgage products and services is a plus A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
