Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in educational sales, specifically focusing on Lead Qualification followed by form selling . The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads, to convert them into qualified opportunities via form submissions. This role is crucial for our top-of-funnel growth.Key Responsibilities:Prospect Identification:Have Strict Yard sticks to profile candidates to fill up TOFU.Attend, host and present at various platforms/events curated by the Relationship team and deploy instruments to identify prospects for the FunnelOutbound Engagement & Form Selling:Craft compelling outreach messages (emails, in-mails, personalized videos) to evoke prospect interest.Drive prospects to purchase forms as per various phases.Lead Qualification & Nurturing:Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high-quality opportunities for the sales team.Nurture lukewarm leads through follow-up sequences to encourage eventual form submission.Address initial prospect inquiries and overcome basic objections.Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for qualified form submissions and outbound activities.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.CRM Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.Utilize CRM data to identify trends and optimize outbound strategies.RequirementsMinimum 3-4 years of proven experience in an Sales,Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding form-selling/admission targets.Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies and lead qualification processes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft persuasive messages.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of activities efficiently.Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new outbound tools and strategies.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing/sales, or a related field preferred.
