- Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for sales and clients.
- Lead Customer Engagement & Value Creation: Build and nurture strong, foundational relationships with key e-commerce customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and how they connect to the adoption and use of our products
- Utilize Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau for data processing and visualization.
- Collaborate with global teams to refine data quality and mitigate biases.
- Support product development by identifying key analyses and automation opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations and enhance client engagement.
- Build compelling presentations by transforming data insights into clear, impactful stories.
- Create marketing content to drive product awareness.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, market intelligence, or data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with commercial teams and engaging with clients.
- Fluent in English, comfortable in an international work environment.
