- 6+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation.
- Strong understanding of procurement guidelines (ADB, World Bank, Government entities, etc.).
- Excellent writing, documentation, and formatting skills.
- Good analytical ability to interpret RFPs and tender requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Monitor national and international procurement portals for relevant tenders.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and bid documents to assess eligibility and technical requirements.
- Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and prepare summary reports for management.
- Draft and format CVs, corporate experience, project sheets, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and financial proposals.
- Ensure all documents meet client specifications and submission guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines (ADB, World Bank, JICA, Government departments, etc.).
- Maintain a database of past projects, CVs, company credentials, and templates.
- Track tender deadlines, submissions, and post-tender follow-ups.
