We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to support our medical underwriting recruitment needs and experience in healthcare division. Given the increasing demand for qualified medical professionals and the need to streamline our recruitment efforts, bringing a dedicated Medical Recruiter on board has become essential.Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for medical underwriter and clinical roles
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
