This full-time position is based in Pallavaram, Chennai, Tambaram and requires a committed individual with mid-level expertise in the accounts domain. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for managing key accounts and financial processes within the company, contributing to our overall business growth.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in managing accounts and financial operations effectively within a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Tally (Mandatory skill), with a strong understanding of its application in processing transactions and managing financial records.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable (Mandatory skill) processes and the ability to manage vendor accounts efficiently.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable (Mandatory skill), including invoicing clients and ensuring timely payments.
  • Strong analytical skills accompanied by attention to detail, essential for accurate reporting and audit compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams ensuring alignment and timely resolution of financial issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines and support various projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick identification and resolution of discrepancies in financial transactions or records.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily accounts operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are maintained accurately and timely.
  • Handle all accounts payable and receivable activities, including transaction processing, billing, and collection.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure timely submission to management.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and information as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  • Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the organization.
