A leading data‑centre platform is building India's first AI‑ready hyperscale ecosystem across major digital hubs. This role will architect the AI, digital, and technology transformation blueprint across all campuses, reshaping power, cooling, fibre, telemetry, and operations into an AI‑native, next‑generation infrastructure.

Define the AI‑native data‑centre strategy & 5‑year roadmap
Build and scale the AI Centre of Excellence
Drive AI‑powered operations (DCIM, telemetry, digital twins)
Deploy predictive maintenance, self‑healing, and efficiency models
Integrate emerging tech: GPUs, TPUs, liquid cooling, 400/800G, robotics
Re‑architect DC designs for higher density, efficiency, and cost leadership
Lead cross‑functional execution across EPC, engineering, NOC & operations
Build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers, GPU vendors & telecom ecosystems

Lead India's first AI‑ready DC revolution ( Welcoming Returning Indians)* Build world‑class GPU & AI ecosystems

Must‑Have

15-25 years in hyperscale cloud, data centres, AI infrastructure, or HPC.
Proven leadership in AI + Data + DC operations at scale.
Strong grounding in DCIM, HVAC/chillers, generators, UPS, liquid cooling, high‑density racks, GPU workloads, and telemetry systems.
Experience across DC lifecycle: construction → commissioning → operations.
Ability to thrive in high‑intensity build environments with EPC/PMC/GC partners.

Preferred

Experience with AI/ML platforms for predictive maintenance, robotics, or PUE optimisation.
Hands‑on exposure to GPU cluster deployments, sovereign cloud, or hyperscaler DCs.
Global exposure (US/EU/APAC).
