JD for General Manager-Business Development-BangalorePurpose of the Role- To increase Volume of Business to 200 Crores+- To build up a Brand & Position of the company in the Interior Contracting & Designing.Roles & Responsibilities- Main area of focus shall be business growth, development, branding- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities, by getting inquiries / BOQ's worth 100 Cr+ in every quarter; Coordinating business generation activities, Building business relationships with potential clients- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, expand the company's database of prospects.- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process- Attend seminars, events etc. to make the company's presence felt and help in branding & networking- Reach out to at least a set number of new clients / architects / PMC, every week.- Stay in touch with existing clients & work on strengthening the ties with them. (Client Relationship Management). - Capability presentation to be prepared before any negotiation meeting, with the help of the QS / MEP vendors / BD. - Any / or all meetings, as directed by the Management, to be attended, as and when intimated.- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. A road map to be charted and action plan to be decided to achieve the targets & conversions - monthly, quarterly & annually. If targets are not achieved, analyse the reasons and take corrective actions. Discuss the action planner on a regular basis and take necessary action till the team implements the same.- Prepare a SWOT analysis of our competitors to gain competence over them.- Mentor the Junior team on different aspects of Business development like content writing, social media marketing, cold calling etc.Qualifications : Engineering Graduates/PG from any stream. MBA from reputed (2 tier OR 3 tier institutions) will be an added advantageExperience : 15-20 years in Interior fit out field. Ability to handle pan India operations.
