Job descriptionJob Description: Store Keeper Company Name: Unimark Group Industry: Real Estate Location: Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata (Site Location: Uttarpara) Experience: Minimum 2+ Years ERP Requirement: Farvision ERP - Material Module Job Summary Unimark Group is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper to manage material inventory at its Uttarpara site location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store operations within the real estate or construction industry and must be proficient in Farvision ERP (Material Module), including Indent Entry and GRN Entry. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Entry in Farvision ERP - Material Module. Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances. Handle Indent Entry in Farvision ERP for material requisitions from site and departments. Issue materials to site teams as per approved indents and maintain issue records. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP/system records. Monitor stock levels and inform procurement/project teams for re-ordering. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth material flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Required Skills & Competencies Mandatory knowledge of Farvision ERP - Material Module. Hands-on experience in Indent Entry and GRN Entry. Strong understanding of store and inventory management processes. Basic knowledge of construction/real estate materials. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently at site. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word). Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification & Experience Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in Real Estate or Construction industry. Prior experience at a project/site location is preferred.Job requirements
