The principle objective of this job is to handle end to end warehouse operations, guiding his / her team who handles RMP & Finished goods for entire site. The person will be part of Site leadership team and responsible for key decision making to meet vision & mission towards achieving key targets of the site. Continually improves its effectiveness in sustaining robust warehouse within the framework of its and with compliance to Akzo Nobel HSES Standards & Guideline Notes, local statutory requirements and with site Vision and Objectives 2. Key responsibilities Accountabilities & Functional Responsibilities Manage and control entire site WH operations. Intervene & support team to resolve daily issues pertaining to performance loss. Review existing controls & improve for better efficiency. To ensure that the workforce is trained and has the necessary skills to meet the job requirements. Act as SPOC for all internal & external financial audits pertaining to plant. Formulate operations budget and monitor, review and control expenditures within agreed budgets. Overall accountable for monitoring WH operations in comply with site HSE&S guidelines. Key Skills Job requires good interpersonal and leadership skills. Job requires that the person have a good capacity to have a vision for the future development of the site. Oversees achieving of monthly Warehouse targets, safety systems, implementation of corporate policies, exercising HR and financial control of site. Proficiency in SAP ECC PP/MM/QM, MS Excel, Power point Knowledge on Supply chain Management Excellent conceptual and analytical skills Ability to anticipate hurdles in daily operations & action plan to tackle. 3. Level of autonomy Quick decisions towards roadblocks in daily operations without compromising on HSE&S, Quality & Integrity 4.
