  • IN DC W&D operation performance management
  • IN domestic transportation tender
  • Sonepat warehouse optimization(preparation for S4 go live)
  • warehouse and transportation preparation for S4 go live for India locations (e.g Kalyani)
  • Define IN W&D logistics business process together with plant operations & sales team
  • APAC Transportation：freight management & SAP TM module & Transportation cost monitoring
  • Transportation package topic
  • Define warehouse budget plan and conduct real-time monitoring
  • Manage warehouse administrative affairs, and warehouse safety and warehouse resources
  • Develop effective warehouse processes, according to customer needs and country-specific conditions
  • Ensure regular stocktaking process in line with applicable rules & regulations
  • Drive risk management and escalation Management• Supports introduction and monitoring of operational KPIs as base for continuous improvements towards process excellence
  • Commitment of standards of quality guidelines (internal and external), quality awareness, customer quality targets
  • Ensures compliance with company policies/procedures and takes appropriate action when breached
  • Throught CBS principles ensuring products delivered are stored in an organized manner, so that its quality is maintained and accessibility is achieved
  • Ensure execution of inventory management processes in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Oversee reverse logistics • Work closely with WH System Management and Control Tower to establish an efficient operation of warehouse
  • Work closely with GS SCM - Global SCM Network Design, WnT and BA SCM - SC Solutions and corporate NPM to support the regular tender projects of the warehousing, transportation & packaging
  • Work closely with GS SCM - SCM Governance, Global SCM Network Design, WnT and BA SCM - SC Process & Projects to establish a tandardized warehouse management system
  • Work closely with GS SCM - Global SCM Network Design & WnT and BA SCM - SC Solutions to improve SCM sustainability - CO2 emisstion reduction and support CT warehouse synergy projects
  • Work closely with GS SCM - Global Smart SCM and Global SCM Network Design, WnT to implement the SCM digital solutions
  • Work closely with BA SCM - Demand Fullfillment to ensure the customer delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support Imp@CT team to implement SAP S4 WM/TM modules
  • Collaborate with other relevant functions
QualificationsDegree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business (university / university of applied science)Additional InformationMin.5 years professional experience in warehousing management, especially DC warehouse
  • Experience in transporation management and other SCM functions
  • Experience in the area manufacturing, operations, purchasing and/or sales
  • Management experience in the areas of Logistics Operations (good knowledge of 3PL markets/contracts)
  • Solid SAP know-how
