This is a quota-carrying role.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and forecast a sales pipeline on your ownPresent Plum to CXOs & senior executives in client meetingsCommunicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipelinNavigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in IndiaEnsure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales processProactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functionsResearch accounts to understand the need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interestBecome an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and our product suiteExperience and QualificationsAt least 3-7 years of sales experience; preferably at a fast-growing BFSI/SaaS startup/consultingA track record for exceeding targets in sales, ideally in start-up, or 3+ years in a high-performing professional environmentThe ability to work with targets and timelinesThe ability to communicate complex ideas & product in a simple, compelling wayThe presentability to execute highly credible and articulate face-to-face, over the phone, and email conversationsA highly professional and results obsessed outlookA high degree of coach ability and great listening skills
