- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and onboarding.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate success profiles to develop clear and compelling job descriptions and effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication, personalized touchpoints, and consistent follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's attractiveness to candidates.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Tech Recruitment.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and requirements to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and GitHub.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal teams.
