Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary sales contact for steel segment customers and coordinate customer requirements.
  • Handle technical discussions for new RFQs and convert customer requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage the RFQ process from enquiry to quotation, ensuring timely submission.
  • Prepare and maintain costing sheets and inquiry control sheets for new RFQs.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding application queries, complaints, and inspections.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as PPAP, ISIR, SPC, Mill Sheets, and PSW.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue compared to previous year.
  • Monitor RFQ to quotation lead time and ensure efficient response to customer enquiries.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) for project execution.
  • Support sales promotion activities for steel segment customers.
  • Track sales plan progress and monthly revenue performance.
Our Requirements: * B.tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5-6 years of experience in Steel segment sales.
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Good communication skills
