Key Responsibilities  Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation  Ensure timely availability of vehicles as per demand  Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams  Track vehicle movement and update records  Monitor fuel usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle documents  Handle supply shortages and arrange replacements when required  Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines  Prepare daily operational and performance reports Requirements  Minimum qualification: Graduate  Basic knowledge of fleet or supply chain operations  Good communication and coordination skills  Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, tracking systems)  Ability to work in shifts and under pressure Preferred Skills  Prior experience in fleet management, logistics, or supply operations  Problem-solving and multitasking ability  Attention to detail and data accuracy  Vendor and driver handling skillsJob requirements
