Lead Business Systems Analysts with deep Retail eCommerce domain expertise to
play a pivotal role in a large-scale legacy modernization program. This
role will act as the single-point bridge between business, product,
architecture, and engineering, driving the transformation from legacy
platforms to modern, scalable, cloud-native solutions.The incumbent will own end-to-end
product and business outcomes, shape the modernization roadmap, and ensure
seamless alignment between customer experience, operational efficiency, and
technology transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business
Leadership

Own and drive product

vision, roadmap, and backlog for Retail eCommerce modernization
initiatives * Translate businessstrategy into clear product objectives, epics, and features * Act as a domainauthority for Retail & eCommerce processes across customer,
order, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, and post-purchase journeysLegacy Transformation &
Modernization

Lead legacy-to-modern

transformation initiatives (monolith to microservices, on-prem to
cloud, custom to COTS, etc.) * Perform current-state(AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) analysis across business
processes and systems * Identify modernizationopportunities while ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptionStakeholder & Delivery
Management

Partner with business

leaders, architects, UX, engineering, QA, and external vendors * Drive requirementdiscovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design validations * Provide strategicguidance and decision support to leadership on trade-offs, risks,
and dependenciesExecution & Governance

Define clear

acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to
business outcomes * Support Agileexecution backlog grooming, sprint planning, release readiness, and UAT
sign-offs * Ensure adherence to enterprisestandards, security, and compliance requirementsMandatory Qualifications

12-15+ years of experience as a

Product Owner/ Lead BSA / Principal Business Analyst * Strong Retail &eCommerce domain experience (mandatory)

Customer journeys, OMS,

pricing & promotions, inventory, fulfillment, returns, loyalty * Proven experience in large-scalelegacy modernization or digital transformation programs * Strong expertise in requirementsmanagement, product discovery, and stakeholder alignment * Excellent communicationskills with the ability to influence senior business and technology
leadersPreferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with

cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) in Retail contexts * Exposure to microservices,APIs, and event-driven architectures * Experience working in Agile/ SAFe environments at scale * Prior experience workingwith global retail clients or multi-region programsKey Competencies

Strategic thinking with
