- Support annual and quarterly revenue planning exercises
- Break down leadership revenue targets into executable plans and trackers
- Analyze historical revenue performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Assist in scenario planning and revenue modeling
- Execute and optimize demand-to-cash flow and order-to-revenue processes
- Head count tracking and resource allocation management
- Maintain pipeline, forecast, and demand trackers with strong data accuracy
- Support standardization of revenue operations processes and templates
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Own regular revenue reports, dashboards, and trackers (weekly/monthly)
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and win/loss data
- Support leadership reviews with structured insights
- Ensure alignment with internal tracking tools
- Act as an operational liaison between different teams within DPS
- Hiring management - create requisitions and tracking the hiring in DPS
- Support adoption of revenue tools and dashboards
- Help create playbooks, templates, and standardized revenue artifacts
- Drive follow-ups and closure on revenue-related action items
- Revenue operations and sales analytics
- Forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
- Commercial and pricing analysis
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, internal finance, or analytics roles
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline management, or operations
- Forecast accuracy and reporting timeliness
- Pipeline visibility and data quality
- Improvement in conversion rates and deal cycle time
