- Develop and execute the digital adoption life cycle for our in-house and off-the-shelf systems:
- Assess needs and develop use cases.
- Design impactful in-app guidance.
- Work with our Product Management, Business, Change, and Product Excellence teams to measure and publish reports on application adoption and proficiency.
- Iterate and catalog workflows and tactics to continuously improve business outcomes.
- Identify and manage implementation of Digital Adoption solution projects.
- Administer the DAP, including:
- Deployment and maintenance on in-app workflows and analytics that support our digital change goals.
- Configuration and customization.
- Alignment with business and IT requirements.
- Create content that improves:
- Employee training and onboarding.
- Application adoption and proficiency.
- Workflow compliance.
- Data accuracy.
- Monitor content and workflow usage and effectiveness to suggest software and business process changes.
- Working with our Product Excellence team, baseline and measure business outcomes and employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Change, and Operations colleagues to understand application usage requirements, workflows and features, and create content accordingly.
- Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by the DAP, wherever possible.
- Deliver continuous learning programs related to community and Firm best-practices defined for the DAP.
- Work with other Digital Change team members using agile frameworks and practices, iterate on the team’s ways of working through retros and post-mortems, and identify opportunities for improvement and team cohesion.

- 3+ years of experience implementing [Pendo, WhatFix, Apty].
- Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with business process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
- Experience with various modes of learning (e-learning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, etc.)
- Experience with organizational or human change management frameworks.
- Experience with design thinking, including the development of persona and journey mapping.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and training modules, as well as to understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the tools to brainstorm creative solutions.
- Natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers, leadership, and most importantly, colleagues.
- Passionate about digital adoption, with a consultative and customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with configuration management for Avature.
- Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption.
- Experience using e-learning tools and programming fundamentals such as JavaScript.
