About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our Global Digital & Data team in support of People Operations. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, automating manual workflows, and building dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse datasets, automate reporting and data processing tasks, and build scalable reporting solutions using Power BI, Python, Excel/VBA, and SQL. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and business-savvy, with strong communication skills and a passion for improving efficiency through data and automation.Key Responsibilities

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across analytics and automation workflows.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI, with strong use of DAX measures, Power Query, M Code, and data modeling principles.

Use Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Tkinter, and PyInstaller) for data analysis, scripting, tool development, and automation.

Create and maintain SQL queries (intermediate level) to extract, transform, and analyze structured data.

Build and automate workflows using Advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA macros.

Leverage MS Access for small-scale data management and automation when required.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting and analytics solutions.

Continuously look for opportunities to optimize and automate manual or repetitive processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and process automation.

Strong working knowledge of:

o Python (with hands-on experience in Pandas, NumPy, Tkinter, PyInstaller)o Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M Code, data modeling)o SQL (intermediate level) o Advanced Excel and VBAo MS Access

Excellent verbal and written communication skills—must be fluent in English and able to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or automation, preferably supporting operations or HR/People functions.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL) is a plus.

Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub) is advantageous.

Experience with data quality management or data governance frameworks is a bonus
