- Assist in training and onboarding new channel partners, ensuring alignment with Kemin’s goals.
- Work closely with senior team members to expand the customer base and drive market penetration.
- Help coordinate customer engagement activities, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop an understanding of commodity sales strategies, pricing models, and market trends.
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, monitoring commodity dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Support the development of pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with business objectives.
- Collect and report competitor insights, including pricing, technical specifications, and market positioning.
- Stay updated on food industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously develop expertise in B2B sales, commodity solutions, and technical applications through training.
