Academic Support: Provide guidance to students on course selection, program requirements, and academic planning. Help students develop study skills, time management strategies, and test-taking techniques.2. Personal Development: Offer support and guidance to students facing personal challenges such as stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Provide resources and referrals to support services as needed.3. Individual Counseling: Meet with students individually to discuss their academic progress, career goals, and personal concerns. Offer advice and support to help students overcome obstacles and achieve their potential.4. Group Workshops: Organize and facilitate workshops and group sessions on topics such as study skills, time management, stress management, and career planning.5. Academic Monitoring: Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary to provide support and guidance. Identify students who may be struggling and develop intervention plans to help them succeed.6. Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and other university stakeholders to support the overall success and well-being of students. Build strong relationships with the university community to create a supportive environment for students.Qualifications:- A master's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or related field.
- Previous experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support services preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
