Notice Period: Immediate Joiner OnlyJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the full lifecycle of AI product initiatives within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, proven experience in Agile environments, and a solid understanding of AI and analytics projects. This role requires excellent coordination skills, hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar IT service ticket systems, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee and manage the ServiceNow (SNOW) queue for AIPS products, triaging and resolving user issues, and escalating as required to drive timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, contribute to solution design, and ensure successful implementation.
- Track and monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Provide clear and concise status reporting to senior stakeholders, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and business partners to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 12–16 years of total professional experience with at least 3+ years in technical project management focusing on AI/Analytics projects.
- Proven experience in Agile development environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar IT service ticketing systems for queue management and issue resolution.
- Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and high-visibility projects simultaneously.
