- Planning and implementation of the project within the healthcare vertical.
- Managing the overall project along with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
- Managing risks or project issues and taking corrective measures.
- Managing all stakeholders’ communication, including government officials, community leaders, and donors/funders.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, as well as annual reports. Initiating, and assisting in the preparation of specific project reports for donors, partners, and other stakeholders and being engaged in continuous communication with them.
- Assist in structuring budgets related to the activities. Play an active role in analysing data and based on that provide corrective actions.
- Maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
