Job Description and Role & Responsibility 1. Should conversant with operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like chillers, compressors, steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, Nitrogen plants & Water plants etc.…
2. Candidate having experience of DTY Machines, POY Machines, FDY machines, continuous polymerization (CP) & Water Plants operations with maintenance good advantage and is highly preferred.
3. Should have good experience in administration of departmental activities and handling group of peoples.
4. Selected shift incharge/engineer will read to working by own hand
5. Candidate having experience in polyester operations and project field is good advantage and is highly preferred.
6. Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, thinking outside the box often leads to novel solutions that increase performance, efficiency, and revenue
7. Strong teamworking skills, with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects
8.Working collaboratively with design engineers, consultants, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff.
9.Reviews technical documentation and requirements like GA,SLD, technical, Control logic, Specifications, BOM lists, installation and commissioning guide lines.
10.Hands on experience of installation & commissioning of all utility's equipment's
● Day to day activities like attending the shift activities, trouble shooting in utility
● Writing Reports and documentation.
● Programming and minor modifications/customization
● IMS implementation and documentation
● Understand plant utility distribution system, process drawing (Process interlock drawing -PID)
●Should have knowledge of repair & testing of utility equipment's.
● Should execute Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plants utility equipment's.
● Design, implement, and improve utility facilities and systems for industrial.
● Ensure the shift is adequately staffed.
