- Produce social-first motion content, animation, special motion effects, short and long-form video, campaign films, and retail/e-commerce assets for Dove, TRESemmé, Pond's, Simple, and other Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing brands.
- Apply Gen AI tools within established workflows - including text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI-assisted compositing - producing content that meets the studio's quality and beauty aesthetic standards.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Gen AI motion workflows for the Beauty AI Studio Creative Hub, including prompting frameworks and style references.
- Support the direction of AI agents for art direction, retouching, and static design - applying clear quality criteria and escalating to senior creatives where outputs require further intervention.
- Apply a developing eye for beauty aesthetic to all motion and AI-assisted creative output: skin texture, light quality, colour grading, product rendering, and brand tone held to the standard the category demands.
- Adapt and localise campaign creative ensuring cultural relevance, brand consistency, and platform optimisation across assigned markets and channels.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, producers, and senior designers to translate brand briefs into compelling motion narratives - from concept through to delivery.
- Receive and act on creative feedback with clarity and an open mindset - applying direction from senior creatives to improve output and meet delivery standards.
- Contribute to the studio's collective knowledge - sharing discoveries about Gen AI tools, prompting techniques, and motion workflows as you develop your own practice.
- Solid motion design skills across 2D, with growing experience in 3D - and a portfolio that demonstrates work in beauty or adjacent premium categories, with clear evidence of craft and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Gen AI design & motion tools, including text-to-video, image-to-video, and AI-assisted compositing workflows - with curiosity and commitment to develop this skillset further.
- Working proficiency in industry-standard motion and post-production applications (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Experience contributing to AI-assisted creative workflows - with an understanding of where AI supports craft and where human judgment is required.
- Developing sensitivity to beauty aesthetics: colour grading, skin and texture rendering, light, product photography, and the visual language of premium beauty across digital and social formats.
- Ability to take a brand brief or creative direction and translate it into motion output with precision and care.
- Collaborative approach to working within a creative team - receptive to direction, constructive with feedback, and proactive in flagging issues or ideas.
- Experience working within established quality benchmarks and content production workflows.
- Clear, professional communication with internal creative and production teams.
- Experience delivering social-first motion content, animation, short and long-form video, and retail/e-commerce assets within a content studio, agency, or in-house environment.
- Familiarity with the aesthetic standards of beauty - an understanding of what premium looks like across skincare, haircare, and wellness categories.
- Solid understanding of platform-specific requirements across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and retail media environments.
- Experience working across multi-market campaigns is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Gen AI design and motion tools to enhance output quality and production efficiency.
- Experience building personal AI workflows to improve how you work - and openness to developing more advanced prompting and workflow skills within the studio context.
- Agentic approach to production problem-solving: able to break down a multi-step brief, identify the right tools and approach, and deliver with consistency.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs - recognising where results meet quality standards and where human craft or additional direction is needed.
- Curiosity about where AI is heading in beauty and motion content, and willingness to share learnings with the wider team.
- Formal qualifications are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
