- Design layouts for magazines, reports, whitepapers, and print publications with strong attention to typography, structure, and brand consistency.
- Create infographics, charts, and visual storytelling assets aligned with editorial narratives.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors when required.
- Design social media creatives, campaign posters, branded assets, and promotional collaterals.
- Create visual templates for newsletters, email campaigns, and digital announcements.
- Support branding and design requirements for events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop short-format video creatives, motion graphics, or basic animations for digital platforms.
- Assist with visual storytelling formats suitable for LinkedIn, web, and short-form content channels.
- Work closely with editors, marketing leads, and digital teams to maintain a cohesive visual language.
- Contribute proactively in a collaborative environment with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Adapt to evolving content formats across print, web, and digital media.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio across print and digital formats.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.
- Strong understanding of layout design, visual hierarchy, typography, and print production processes.
- Experience designing social media creatives, newsletters, and marketing assets.
- Good aesthetic judgment with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a team environment.
- Basic motion graphics, animation, or short-form video editing (After Effects, FCP, Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar).
- Familiarity with HTML emailers, Mailchimp, web design layouts, and CMS environments such as WordPress.
- Experience working in media, publishing, events, or knowledge platforms will be an advantage.
