Manage platform upgrades, resolve system issues, and ensure optimal performance.

Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development standards.

RequirementsMust-Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience in Salesforce development with hands-on exposure to Lightning framework, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
Expertise in declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Workflow Rules.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with APIs, Web Services, and third-party platforms.
Solid background in CRM data analytics using relevant tools to derive impactful insights.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred:

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Architect.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms or tools.
