- Identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and identifying / assessing their business loan needs.
- Map out prospects in the town to scope business potential.
- Disburse Personal loans based on needs assessment.
- Conduct end-use checks as specified post disbursal of loans.
- Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets.
- Cross-sell products and services to both new and as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
- Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer.
- Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive.
- Preparation of accurate documentation of loans.
- Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely data entry.
- Nudge behavioural changes in customers to move towards online banking.
- Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements.
