Business Development & Sales:- Account acquisition & large deal management- Responsible for new business and new logos2. Strategic Planning:- Build & execute account plans- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet client goals and drive revenue growth- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends3. Engagement Management:- Stakeholder management & organizational alignment- Monitor account performance, track progress and identify areas for improving engagementWhat We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, in Enterprise SaaS - preferably but not limited to fintech. Would be a plus if you have managed BFSI clients before.Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - active listening, persuasive abilities.- Strong relationship-building and solution selling skills.- Understanding industry trends and customer imperatives.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
