We are looking for a talented Web UI Engineer with Javascript expertise to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Web Development. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.Key Responsibilities:Work in an Agile development environment with other team members, including Product Managers, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and other Software EngineersWork with Product managers and Stakeholders on User centric design and requirements. Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Work with the team to design and build software applications to function across multiple platforms.Follow Clean coding principles and Test-driven development.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Optimize application for quality, reliability, and scalability.Conduct thorough testing of user interfaces in multiple platforms to ensure all designs render correctly and systems function properly.Collaborate Incorporate Non-Functional requirements including Telemetry, Monitoring, Alerting & Logging into Software solution. Design applications with API-first approach model. Leverage JPMC Strategic Tool Chain in development and delivery. Required:Bachelors degree in computer science or information technologyMinimum of 3 years working as a professional UI developerStrong understanding of front-end coding and development technologiesMust Haves:Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSSExpert knowledge in ReactJs, Redux, React hooks.Proficiency using GIT for source controlPractice of Clean code principles and TDDGood to have:Familiarity with Electron Familiarity with AngularFull stack development with Node/.NET/JavaFamiliarity with working in event driven environmentsA good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and their solutionsGood understanding of TypescriptExperience working with Databases and ability to write sql queries.Experience with messaging platforms
