- Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining digital files
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress and deadlines
- Conduct research and compile information to assist with decision-making processes
- Prepare and format documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between team members and clients, ensuring effective communication
- Help manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions to improve workflow
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
