- Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialised legal matters.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.
- A degree in law from a recognised institution, with a specialisation in corporate or healthcare law preferred.
- Prior experience in a legal role, ideally within the healthcare industry or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and legal frameworks in healthcare.
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
