We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join our Order Management team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and enhancing our order management processes through comprehensive reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating reports on customer tickets/inquiries, reasons for distribution exceptions (OS&D), service performance, and other core metrics. Additionally, you will actively contribute to identifying opportunities for order improvement and lead improvement projects. Your involvement in customer initiatives, including conference calls, visits, and weekly meetings, will be vital in maintaining effective communication and fostering collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities
The Role demands for a highly qualified professional and will be responsible for all the activities related to –
- Generate detailed reports on customer tickets, inquiries, and reasons for distribution exceptions (OS&D).
- Review service performance through pre-meetings and ongoing assessment of core metrics, providing insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on customer service levels (SLAs), ensuring alignment with internal and external expectations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to order management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address loss identifiers, implementing improvement projects as needed.
- Actively participate in customer initiatives, including conference calls, visits, and weekly meetings, to ensure a thorough understanding of customer requirements and expectations.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on order management performance and improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA/ BBA or any relevant qualification with good years of experience
- Proven experience in reporting and analysis, preferably in Order Management or a similar role.
- Worked on SAP ERP- preferably Order Management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience in developing and automating reports to streamline the reporting process.
- Understanding of order management systems and their integration with reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude towards staying updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.
