This is a hands-on Dev leadership position. The Lead Agentic Solutions Lead manages the delivery of enterprise-grade virtual assistants and autonomous agent solutions using Microsoft's stack. The role covers both LoCode (Power Platform, MS Copilot) and ProCode (Azure AI Foundry, open-source LLMs) streams, focused on robust, compliant, and at-scale development.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor developers building automation and AI agent solutions with MS stack tools.
- Ensure all development meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, and governance.
- Gather requirements from business units and technical teams; outline delivery approach.
- Stay up-to-date on Microsoft/open-source agent frameworks to guide tooling and best practices.
- Support integration of enterprise knowledge bases, contribute to prompt engineering efforts.
- Contribute to base framework, coding assistance and customer demos.
- 6+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
- Substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI (including AI Foundry), and open-source LLM frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver, integrate, and manage AI or agentic solutions at scale with MS technologies.
- Experience working in secure, regulated enterprise environments.
