- Drive Sales Promotors for Route –Daily call coverage & Order collection, customer engagement activations, merchandise the retail outlets.
- Look for sales promotion scope with Given budget to drive premium value portfolio.
- Launch of New Product to gain maximum share in the competitive market place.
- Optimize and appoint channel partners as per coverage model and Division priorities
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing calendar along with Marketing Teams
- Achieve new Retailer enrollment as per planned coverage model for penetration.
- Achieve Account Receivable Targets
- Channel Business Reviews- Weekly/Monthly
- Share leads and Opportunities / Creating a Healthy hopper and closing the leads with Channel Sales Reps
- Deliver Cross Selling Plan & DSR Driven Sales Generation Plan
- Create Pipeline of Sales execution via SFDC & Drive conversions of leads into Sales.
- Min 5 Years of Experience in Trade Business with proven track record.
- Process oriented approach
- Worked in Dynamic muti Division product focus environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with MBA
