Position: Human Resource Team Intern Company: Reboot Consultancy & Services Mode: Remote (Online) Duration: 6 Months Internship Type: Unpaid Working Hours: Flexible Role Description: As a Human Resource Team Intern at Reboot Consultancy & Services, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship is designed to provide exposure to HR functions, policies, and procedures, allowing you to develop foundational skills and contribute to the overall success of our HR department. Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions. Support HR operations, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling inquiries. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and events for employees. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including planning social activities and wellness programs. Assist with performance management tasks, such as collecting feedback and preparing performance appraisal documents. Help in conducting research and preparing reports on HR-related topics. Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus, but not required.
