Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati, Assam, India. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre and delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates. Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment industry. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Roles And Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati. Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and placement activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints. Supervise and train centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. Monitor and analyze centre performance, including key metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and achieve targets. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
