- Monitor vital signs of inpatients and communicate relevant information to senior doctors.
- Maintain detailed records for each patient.
- Notify consultants of patient admissions, abnormal reports, and progress.
- Ensure proper execution of orders by paramedical staff.
- Provide treatment for non-complicated OPD patients.
- Execute consultant orders promptly and efficiently.
- Implement emergency management protocols as necessary.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including electronic medical records for inpatients.
- Maintain the death register.
