Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity1 Key Position ObjectivesThe Solution Architect shall be responsible for development SA package which contains the Hardware, Software and Man days required for the given opportunity. This SA package will be used by the P&E team to create a proposal which will be submitted to customer.1.1 Specific Duties:1. Works independently & is fully proficient in applying established standards of Solution Architect role2. Solution Architect needs to work and coordinate with Sales Management, Sales Account Managers, LSS Leaders (FSM/SBM), LSS Marketing / Solutions Consultants, Field Service Specialists (FSS) and the Proposal & Estimation team in making the proposal / estimate.3. Ensure that requests are executed within agreed cycle time4. Ensures that the final deliverable meets the functional specifications of the end user by doing thorough Level 1 quality checks.5. Work closely with the Account Manager, Field Service manager and Field service specialist to produce the best technical solutions and ultimate deliverable within time and quality.6. Selecting the proper combination of hardware, software, labor, that will deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.7. Follow the Quality standards and processes as defined by Internal global business operations.8. Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Process flow charts, Quick Reference Documents, Checklists etc.9. Updation of request status in Siebel and log and update the other metrics pertaining to the requirement from LOB.10. Log the timecard and take approvals.11. Readiness to travel to site as required.1.2 Desired Outcomes or Results:1. Submission of SA package within agreed cycle time2. The quality of deliverables as per documented norms and standards3.
